Our team used all the knowledge, skills and experience of many years to produce these unique and delicious Historical Heritage Products. We make them by carefully selecting only the best cold season fish, cutting off heads and tails by hand, smoked in the traditional way with beech wood chips and then packed gently inside the can in the way it has been done for at least a hundred years.
