    With great respect for the company's and it's products diverse and eventful history, our team combined knowledge, skills and experience of many years to produce these unique and delicious Historical Heritage products. We make them by carefully selecting only the best cold season fish, cutting of tail and head, smoked in the traditional way with wood chips. This perfectly prepared fish is then packed gently inside the can in the way it has been done for at least a hundred years. 

    We cover it all with highest quality extra virgin olive oil mixed with sunflower oil, a pinch of sea salt and a Bay Leaf.
